I’m Dale ... Nice to meet you !!

I was born in Sydney and after living in other parts of Australia I came back to Sydney in 1984 and have lived here ever since!!

I now call the Blue Mountains, just west of Sydney "home". It is a blessing to live in such a picturesque part of the world!!

As a photographer I strive to capture authentic images which don't just meet your expectations but that delight and excite you!

My goal is to create a photographic experience for you that leaves you feeling "delighted" ...

My relationship with nature ...

I am in love with nature. You will generally find me either hiking in the mountains or dipping my toes in a river or the ocean.

I love unique flora and fauna and freezing it in time through the lens for those who see it to enjoy.

My happy place is spending time outdoors in the bush or the forest, hiking, camping or just relaxing whilst waiting for that perfect photo opportunity to present itself!

I can also be found roaming the streets in search of good coffee whilst capturing images of the weird and wonderful things to be seen on life's daily journey!

What is it about photography?

To me ... there is a "specialness" about freezing a moment in time and making it possible for future generations to come to know, and perhaps even understand "us" ...

I love shooting sport ... every person who pursues their chosen game deserves to look like a star .. regardless of their age and ability!!

Interesting facts about me ...

I have been blessed to have a number of very diverse careers but the common thread has always been "serving people".

I am also a singer & songwriter!!

I have always loved taking photographs!!

I am a "can do" person!! I believe if I can do something then it is possible for anyone to do it ... so whatever your passion is ... DO THAT!!

Yesterday is no more ...

Tomorrow may not arrive ...

All we have is right now!!

In the end all we have are memories ... and ... PHOTOGRAPHS!!
